During our initial conversation we will briefly discuss your employment, education and professional affiliation background and your needs and desires. A price will be determined and after agreeing to move forward together we will schedule an interview consultation appointment. A written estimate/work order agreement will be provided after this conversation for your review to sign and send back.
Your interview consultation appointment will be conducted via phone and takes between 60-120 minutes. During this time I gather the information required to complete a draft of your résumé. Past performance evaluations, résumés, certificates, awards, reports, educational transcripts, etc., can be helpful for this process. This appointment can be scheduled for evening or weekends, if needed. A draft will be completed for your review, approval and our mutual discussion.
After the review, discussion and approval of the draft, finalization will occur within 1-2 days. Completed packages are delivered quickly and efficiently via email.
Prices are determined based on the services provided and are calculated based upon the quantity of previous positions or employers that are relevant or within the last 10-15 years, your education, professional affiliations and specific needs.
General guidelines for College Students/Graduates Packages (Résumé, Cover Letter, Reference Page) or others with very brief or limited experiences (less than 3 years) start at $300; Professionals with 3-10 years of experience start at $450, Mid-level Managers and Professionals with 10+ years start at $550 and Executives start at $750.
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of the interview consultation and the balance is due upon completion of the project.
